Who to contact
PharmShop is an independent UK medicines procurement software project. Questions about public-site enquiries, access requests or deletion requests can be sent to pharmshopuk@gmail.com.
Information collected
If you request a demonstration, we collect your name, work email, practice or pharmacy name, organisation type and any optional message you supply. We also retain the time of submission and the status of the enquiry. Do not submit patient-identifiable information, supplier credentials, prescription details or any other sensitive records in a marketing enquiry.
Why we use the data
We use these details to receive, review and respond to your specific enquiry about PharmShop. Submission requires you to confirm you agree to follow-up about that enquiry. This does not mean you are subscribed to unrelated promotional messages. Information entered into the request form is not made public.
Storage, security and sharing
Demonstration enquiries are stored in the access-restricted PharmShop Supabase database. The public form can submit enquiries but cannot read stored enquiry records. Authorised administrators may review them. When email delivery is configured, your enquiry is sent to the PharmShop inbox at pharmshopuk@gmail.com through Resend or Gmail SMTP. Supabase, Vercel and the selected mail provider may process the relevant information to operate the service. We do not publish or sell your enquiry details.
How long information is kept
We keep enquiries only while they are needed to handle the request and manage relevant follow-up. The enquiry inbox is subject to periodic review for deletion. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at the address above.
Your choices and rights
You can ask what personal information we hold in relation to your enquiry, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to further follow-up. You can also raise concerns with the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to understand visits to our public website, including pages viewed, referring websites, approximate location and device or browser information. Google may process this information outside the UK under its applicable data-transfer arrangements. See Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing.
Analytics is off until you select Accept analytics. Rejecting does not affect use of PharmShop. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. The authenticated purchasing workspace is excluded from this installation. We do not deliberately send names, emails, medicine search terms, form contents, supplier credentials or order contents. Page addresses exclude query strings and fragments; referring addresses are reduced to the referring website.
We store your accept or reject preference in your browser for up to 180 days. If you accept, Google uses _ga and _ga_CPHG6JNWHZ cookies, configured to last up to 180 days. Use Cookie settings on any public page to change your choice. Rejecting after accepting stops this installation and removes its accessible analytics cookies.
Authenticated PharmShop accounts
This notice describes the public demonstration enquiry process. Organisation-specific purchasing data, supplier accounts and authenticated workspace processing are separate and should not be submitted through the public enquiry form.
